Richard James Estate Agents was formed in 1991 by
the Directors Richard Fowler and James Rota. Both felt they could offer
a more pro-active service to the local property
market after gaining many years of experience in the industry elsewhere.
The aim of the business is to offer high profile marketing
of every home by the use of the most sophisticated technology whilst
still maintaining the highest level of customer service.
The business has significantly
grown over the years,
particularly with expansion in the late 1990's when an office
was opened in the town of Irthlingborough. Mike Taylor, who
has more than twelve years experience in the business became
a Partner
and rapidly succeeded in establishing this office.
A third office
was opened in 2001 on the north side of Wellingborough in
the Gleneagles district, making Richard James the only estate
agents with two offices in the town.
At the same
time all three offices were networked by a computer
system,
which enables all properties to be marketed from any office.
This ensures buyers are matched to their ideal home in the
quickest possible time.
Although the company has maintained it's independent
status, it is also a member of the largest network of Estate Agents in
the country, the Home Sale Network, that gives access to buyers across the country via
750 offices.
With a team of more than ten Sales Negotiators, it
is the Directors belief that the exposure they give each property is greater
than that offered
by their competitors. Richard James Estate Agents is today considered
to be the leading agent in the area.
