Richard James receives award for best region at Homesale Network Conference 2007

Selected, independent estate agents from the Central Region have won Home Sale Network’s prestigious ‘Best Network Region’ award.

Richard James are part of the winning group of estate agents that make up the Central region, which has been crowned as ‘Best Network Region’ by Home Sale Network, the national network of independent estate agents.

The ‘Best Network Region’ is an annual award, which recognises the outstanding contribution made throughout the year by one of the 15 Network regions. The award criteria includes referral performance, regional meeting attendance, monthly property survey returns as well as regional marketing and PR initiatives.

Richard Fowler said: “For Central to have been nominated as the best region is recognition of the hard work and combined effort of the all the Network members in the Central region. However, to have won the award is fantastic. At Richard James we are delighted to be part of the Best Network Region.”

The winning region was presented with their award by comedian, actor and broadcaster Rob Brydon, and Miss Birmingham 2006, Emily Hilton at the glittering, black tie awards dinner.
