Our offices are networked ensuring your property will be fully marketed from both branches enabling us to match buyers registered at either office. We are able to email or SMS (text) property information straight through to prospective purchasers within minutes of their enquiry. Both offices are open seven days a week.

We have been selected, approved and invited into the Homesale Network. Known as the best independent estate agents in the country, there are 700 offices nationwide and 50 in the London area. There is nothing worse than the wrong people viewing your house. Floor plans eliminate time wasters who do not know what they are looking at. Our floor plans show all the information up front to generate good quality appointments.

We have invested in the latest software to enable us to send details of any new properties to buyer’s smart phones or mobile device within minutes of receiving instructions to sell it. No waiting buyer in our database will buy a house without having seen all our available properties first.

Accompanied Viewings

We accompany viewings as a matter of course. We don’t expect you to do our job! After each viewing we give feedback the following day. This gives you the opportunity to change what viewers don’t like. We accompany viewings seven days a week, something which is locally unique to us.
