The Relocation Agent Network
Relocation Agent Network is a national network of local, independent relocation specialists. Estate Agents are selected to represent the Network if they have demonstrated their exceptional local knowledge and service commitment.
This national Network of almost 650 independent estate agents connects buyers and sellers across the UK.
Accompanied Viewings
We accompany viewings as a matter of course. We don't expect you to do our job! After each viewing we give feedback the following day. This gives you the opportunity to change what viewers don't like. We accompany viewings seven days a week, something which is locally unique to us.
State of the art technology
We have invested in the latest software to enable us to send details of any new properties to buyer's smart phones or mobile device within minutes of receiving instructions to sell it. No waiting buyer in our database will buy a house without having seen all our available properties first.
Office Network
Our offices are networked ensuring your property will be fully marketed from all three branches enabling us to match buyers registered at any office. We are able to email or SMS (text) property information straight through to prospective purchasers within minutes of their enquiry. Both offices are open seven days a week.
